From President's Desk

I am humbled, honoured and privileged to assume the role of President of the CREDAI Bhubaneswar chapter. It gives me immense pleasure to bring the various aspects of Real Estate Development on one page though efficient and active communication. As H.E. Luccock said, ‘No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it’, I believe, a group of individuals, with different skill-sets, working towards a common goal, achieve much more than what their individual strengths could achieve. We would like to ensure that we contribute to the common good of all of us by sharing best practices, innovations in real estate and technological advancement. An all-inclusive growth is always better sustainable in the long run.

Troubled Times for Realty Sector

Real estate body Credal Bhubaneswar Monday urged state government to employ thousands of migrant laborers who have returned from other states to their home villages. The body proposed to train them and engage in work easily at different sites. CREDAI Bhubaneswar will set up training centers at the sites or different location along with the state government to skill and em-ploy them.  President CREDAI Bhubaneswar Kantilal Patel, said. "We have re-quested the state government to support our plan of engaging more than 30,000 workers at various on-going construction sites in Bhubaneswar. This will be a win-win situation for workers, the state government, real estate developers and the home buyers."
